One of Blackmere's clients is searching for a Vice President of Existing Business Sales to lead one of the most consequential revenue engines in their organization: $1B+ in renewals, a high-performing global team of 260, and direct influence over the company’s long-term revenue outlook.

You’ll inherit a strong foundation—new compensation models, realigned account structures, and expanded global operations—and be responsible for delivering predictable renewals, disciplined expansion, and an elevated customer experience across U.S. and India operations.

This leadership transition comes at a time when the structural groundwork is complete. Now, the company needs a visionary operator - someone who can drive accountability at scale, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and improve both Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) quarter after quarter.
You’ll lead a globally distributed team of account managers, expansion sellers, renewal analysts, and enablement professionals - and work closely with stakeholders across Customer Operations, RevOps, Finance, Product, and Marketing. Your mission: create a high-functioning, AI-forward renewal engine that delivers consistent performance and puts customer value at the center of every conversation.
