Telehealth Psychotherapist 

MindPath Care Centers is expanding our Telehealth program to meet patient need and demand for pediatric and adult mental health, wellness, and recovery services across the state of North Carolina. MPCC has openings for Telehealth-only providers under a W2 employee model for full-time, fully licensed psychotherapists in North Carolina. All applicants must be fully licensed in the state of North Carolina regardless of their state of residence.

Job Summary:

• MindPath offers experienced psychotherapists interested in the private practice model the unique opportunity to tailor their own schedules and client caseloads.
• Clinicians are able to focus exclusively on their clinical work while MindPath provides billing, marketing and administrative support.
• MindPath ensures a steady stream of client referrals and caseloads are matched to clinician competencies.
• Clinicians are able to work in a fast-growing company to meet the mental health needs across the state of NC and beyond.

Fully Licensed Psychotherapist Qualifications:

• Fully licensed in North Carolina at the Masters or Doctorate level. We are looking for candidates who hold the following licenses: LCSW, LCMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• *Provisionally licensed clinicians, LMFTs, or LPAs will not be considered at this time due to billing restrictions.*
• Demonstrated prior clinical experience practicing as a psychotherapist for a minimum of 2 years.
• All candidates must be able to work full time at a minimum commitment of 30-40 available clinical hours a week.
• Clinicians from the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities are encouraged to apply.
