Location: UC Davis - Onsite

Hours: 6-8 hours/week from April 1 - June 30, 2026 (2 x 3 hour shifts/week)

Pay: $17-19/hour USD

We are searching for a current UC Davis student to join our growing customer success team as the first UC Davis Student Ambassador at Friendlier. This role is for someone who has a passion for sustainability and loves talking to people. Having recently deployed the Friendlier reusable program across 4 locations on campus, and with plans for more, we are looking for a key person to help drive reuse across campus! This role will report to the VP, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:

Spreading Awareness:

• Proactively approach students within the Coffee House to drive Friendlier account signups and to explain how the program works. 
• Represent Friendlier at key UC Davis events with a booth
• Answering student and staff questions
• Support new location launches of the Friendlier program across UC Davis

Pulse of Students on Campus:

• Conducting interviews of students on campus to understand their thoughts on the program and how we can make it better
• Summarizing insights back to other stakeholders within Friendlier

Experimenting & Improving Program Effectiveness:

• Regularly conducting audits of Friendlier bins and waste outlets throughout campus to identify opportunities for improvement
• Other projects as identified by the Director, Customer Success
