To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you’ll do at HammerTech
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager works strategically to lead and optimize the revenue operations (RevOps) function at HammerTech. This hands-on role is critical in driving alignment, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the revenue-generating teams. This role owns and optimizes key operational processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure that underpin our go-to-market engine, while managing and mentoring a Revenue Operations team member.
As the leader of the RevOps function, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive leadership to drive scalable growth and maximize customer lifecycle value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Revenue Operations strategy and system architecture aligned with business growth goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders on GTM performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and process improvement
- Work closely with sales, marketing leaders and other relevant departments to collect, analyze and build reports to monitor revenue growth, and performance against KPIs.
- Mentor, manage and coach the Revenue Operations Manager
- Lead the development and implementation of user-friendly analytical tools and dashboards to ensure high visibility across sales and marketing
- Oversee the management and maintenance of marketing and sales automation tools, CRMs, and other technologies including strong data hygiene, accuracy and governance.
- Contribute to the assessment of existing and future tools to optimize HammerTech’s revenue tech stack and improve the customer experience throughout the buying journey
- Identify systems and/or procedural flaws and implement improvements and modifications; develop proposals and methods for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of activities and systems
- Identify technological solutions that help improve relevant teams’ performance and enhance the customer experience throughout the buying journey
- Collect and analyze data across departments to help maximize sales productivity
- Oversee sales/marketing funnel build and maintenance, ensuring that key operational metrics are identified and communicated
- Partner with Marketing to measure and optimize campaign workflows and performance including reporting on ROI.
- Implement solutions to optimize revenue generating campaigns and workflows
- Lead the development analytical insights to support go-to-market plans, sales plans, and marketing activities, delivering actionable insights to establish strategic operational priorities

Our ideal candidate will bring the following:
- At least 5 years working in business management, sales operations, sales planning, marketing operations or revenue operations
- Experience leading CRM's with 3+ years' minimum of Salesforce
- Experience in project management and delivery of projects related to revenue operations
- Strong analytical, operational, problem solving, planning, forecasting, business planning and project management foundation
- A very strong working understanding of sales approaches and reporting
- Experience in SaaS technology or enterprise software
- Worked with marketing and sales automation tools of Hubspot, Outreach.io (desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Google applications
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Leadership and managerial skills
- Agile and tenacious problem solving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Extreme attention to detail
- A passion for technology and curiosity to learn new things, especially around systems, processes, and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
