We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale events and conferences across our global portfolio. This is a senior, client-facing role for a confident project leader who thrives on managing multiple workstreams, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional live experiences on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the project management of large-scale events and complex workstreams from concept through delivery

• Partnering with Account Directors and Project Directors to translate client objectives into detailed project plans

• Developing and maintaining accurate project documentation, timelines, and trackers

• Managing budgets and ensuring strong financial control and commercial performance

• Negotiating and managing venue, hotel, and supplier contracts to ensure best value and quality delivery

• Championing best-practice project management frameworks and internal processes

• Building strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers

• Leading onsite delivery, providing clear direction and solving challenges in real time

• Analyzing post-event data to drive continuous improvement and deliver client improvement plans

• Leading, mentoring, and developing project teams in line with Nteractive values

We’re looking for a highly organized, commercially focused project manager with strong leadership skills and deep experience in live event delivery.

You’ll need:

• Proven senior-level project management experience in an agency environment

• Strong background delivering large-scale conferences and complex events

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams

• Excellent financial and contract management skills

• Advanced Excel and strong general ICT skills

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure

• High attention to detail and strong organizational capability
