For providers, The Phoenix Rising Centers Organization allows you to focus on doing what you love by providing excellent care to clients who are motivated to change. We handle all billing, marketing, and administrative duties.

We offer a variety of positions, including part-time contracted 1099 positions to clinicians who share our values and are interested.

Role Description: Those on our team have a deep affinity to social justice and view the complexities of our system(s) through an antiracist, womanist, intersectionality, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and holistic lens. We look at how privilege & oppression-based culture come into play in our and our clients' lives. We carefully consider the critical roles that race, culture, and identity play in our lives and those of our clients.

• Must be anti-racist and have a strong commitment to mental health as activism
• Must have a solid work ethic and strong ethical standards
  
• Clinicians provide 60 - 90 minute therapy sessions via Telehealth
• Free virtual ongoing training
• Minimum Qualifications: Must be in an accredited MSW program and in their second year or final year if seeking an internship (we are interested in both Macro and Clinical MSW students). We are looking for all levels of licensure: Recent MSW student graduates, as well as those who are provisionally or independently licensed. 
• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy in a one-on-one setting. 

Expertise with one or more of the following is highly desirable and compensated at higher rates:

• Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Internal Family System (IFS)
  
• Somatic and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
  
  
  
  

Pay Range:

For 1099 Self-Employed Contractors

• Independently Licensed: $54-$87 per client case
• Provisionally Licensed: $36-$58 per client case
• Part-time
  
• Benefits: Minimum clients will be five while max clients will be 15.
