Salary up to £40k dependant on experience plus uncapped commission and Award Winning Benefits

As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from securing new vacancies via business development to identifying suitable candidates via advertising and sourcing with the ultimate goal of filling the vacancies within your division to achieve your personal and divisional GP Revenue targets.

Responsibilities






 

Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities 

- Generate leads using all resources available and record information to action immediately.

- Securing new vacancies via selling and business development.

- Achieve targets for daily and weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls.

- Maximise ‘Cross Sell’ opportunities for all Group Brands

- Identify competitor information and use it to your advantage

- Identifying suitable candidates via traditional and more imaginative methods, with the ultimate goal of filling the vacancies you are working on

- Pre-interviewing and Interviewing candidates ensuring you only send the most suitable ones to your clients.

- Remaining compliant in order to protect our business and that of our clients.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

 









Skills






Recruitment Specialist skills 

- Previous recruitment sales experience is essential ideally in maintenance sector but will consider recruiters who are looking to move from another sector 

- Ability to think on your feet and think creatively, what can you do different to everyone else to secure the next role or find the perfect candidate?

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the right mind-set to be honest, flexible and reliable, and the motivation to succeed. 

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

- Full drivers licence, as you will be required to visit clients
