Job Description:
The Epiq Advisory Project Manager is able to support a client’s Legal Innovation Hub by driving disciplined, end-to-end delivery of legal technology and innovation initiatives. This role partners with legal leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and operationalize projects with strong governance, clear documentation, and measurable outcomes, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead end-to-end project delivery across legal innovation and legal technology initiatives (scope, timeline, risks, dependencies).
Establish and run project governance (status cadence, RAID logs, action tracking, stakeholder updates).
Coordinate across Legal, IT, InfoSec, Data Privacy, Procurement, and vendors to remove blockers and drive decisions.
Manage project documentation (project plans, charters, requirements, meeting notes, change control, acceptance criteria).
Track and report KPIs (milestone performance, adoption readiness, delivery quality, benefits/value metrics).
Ensure adherence to client and Epiq delivery standards, policies, and controls.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 15+ years of project management experience, including technology-enabled initiatives (legal tech / professional services preferred).
