Job Overview






We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation Manager with seven years of expertise in developing and managing compensation programs across multiple geographies, including the U.S., India, and the Philippines. This role involves designing competitive compensation structures, ensuring compliance with regional and global regulations, and aligning pay practices with company goals to attract and retain top talent. This position will be remote and based out of Gainesville, Florida. This person will report to the Director of Compensation.Β

Responsibilities






  • Compensation Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage salary structures, bonuses, and incentives aligned with business goals.
  • Global Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of compensation practices and labor laws across different markets (U.S., India, Philippines).
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, finance, and leadership teams to address compensation needs across various departments.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze compensation data to inform leadership on pay trends and make strategic recommendations.








Qualifications






  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in compensation management as your primary responsibility, preferably in a remote or healthcare environment.
  • Experience managing at least one (1) direct report.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and pay structures.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay equity standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Download and 10 upload.
