BMA is seeking a Fielder to join our team. This is a remote position.
Job Summary
Perform property management task associated with the fielding of C4ISR systems to units.
Update and generate property status reporting associated with the lateral transfer of equipment.
Responsible for adherence with Army Regulation 700-142 Material Fielding regulation in the execution of fielding activities.
Ensure that all property accountability discrepancies are properly reconciled and that property books are properly maintained.
Support all phases of the Army tactical fielding process including de-processing, inventory, system hand-off, and scheduling with end users.
Draft and review technical documentation, including reports, memos, route sheets, and presentations.
Analyze and resolve logistical and business-related challenges for system deployment.
Collaborate with Army personnel to facilitate smooth transition and integration of new systems.
Travel to customer sites to assess equipment fielding needs and deliver customized system configurations to ensure operational readiness.
Assist in developing and maintaining logistics policies, procedures, and support plans.
Clearance Requirements
There is a Secret security clearance requirement for this position.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience providing logistical support for industrial and/or federal clients.
Good written communications skills, working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications.
Good organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work.
Familiar with fielding Army Equipment.
Ability to Travel frequently and often.
Ability to maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
Ability to obtain a CAC Card and to drive on Federal and State installations.
