You’ll play a critical role in driving insights and solutions for both CoAct and our external clients through our Altivio arm, helping shape smarter decisions, better services, and stronger communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and define business needs and reporting and analytical requirements
  • Extract data and present to internal and external stakeholders with impact
  • Deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and manage deliverables end-to-end and to schedule
  • Troubleshoot and support solutions post-implementation
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients
  • Uphold best-practice reporting and analytical methodologies

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid experience in SQL, HTML, and working with databases
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and BI tools (MODE, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience dealing with external stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
  • Skilled in solving problems and creating sustainable workarounds
  • Strong capabilities in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive communicator
