We're continuing to grow and are seeking motivated professionals to join our team in supporting our overnight Telehealth Injury Management services. These positions operate between 10:00pm and 6:00am, across Monday through Sunday. We are looking to fill two roles, with opportunities available on either a full‑time or part‑time basis to ensure coverage across these hours. Penalty rates will apply in accordance with the relevant modern award.
This role is to connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support and linking them into support services and resources available to them. You will be working in a Triage Team which is dedicated to providing personalised health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work. This is done by using your clinical experience in a corporate work environment. The work is undertaken telephonically meaning that it can be undertaken from home/our office.

Training Information
Training typically takes 4–5 weeks, depending on the individual. It is conducted Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. If you’re unable to commit to full‑time training hours, the overall training period will be extended. After training, the role moves to the overnight shift of 10pm–6am as outlined above.
