What you will do: 

• Partner with business teams and analysts to understand business needs and translate them into SAP-enabled analytics solutions.
• Design and develop embedded analytics data models and custom CDS Views in SAP S/4HANA to support data extraction and Fiori analytical applications.
• Evaluate SAP-delivered Fiori analytical content, conduct demonstrations with business users, and identify gaps requiring custom analytics solutions.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom SAP analytical content.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore analytics development teams, ensuring solution quality and adherence to SAP analytics best practices.
• Prepare technical specifications, solution documentation, and test evidence to support ongoing operations and continuous improvements.
• Identify data sources, CDS Views, and extraction mechanisms required for integrations and data ingestion into platforms such as Databricks.
• Promote analytics best practices for embedded reporting and enterprise data extraction across corporate and industrial applications.
• Ensure compliance with required training, policies, and standards applicable to the role.

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Analytics, Data Engineering, or ERP-based reporting solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP or another enterprise ERP platform, including SAP data structures, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and Fiori analytical applications.
• Proven experience in data modeling, data extraction, and integrations supporting enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively on complex, cross-functional projects.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience with Databricks.
• Previous experience working with SAP services or SAP consulting projects.
• Valid passport or the ability to obtain one prior to any required international travel.

Nice to have: 

• Postgraduate degree or Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience with enterprise platforms beyond ERP, such as PLM, MES, CRM, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of modern analytics technologies, cloud data solutions, and enterprise data platforms.
