WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


As a Senior Process Engineer, you will partner with business and technology teams to evaluate current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. You’ll lead process improvement efforts from assessment through implementation, establishing baselines, facilitating workshops, and ensuring results are tracked and sustained.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:


In this role, you will lead initiatives that analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance. You’ll collaborate closely with business and technology teams to evaluate how work is performed today, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state models that drive measurable results. Drawing on Lean and Six Sigma principles, you’ll quantify current performance, isolate root causes of inefficiency, and develop practical solutions that balance operational needs with strategic goals. You’ll create detailed process documentation, establish baseline metrics, and define key performance indicators to measure progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in process improvement, business process re-engineering, or operations consulting.
  • Proven background applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries, with familiarity in process optimization for areas such as lending, account servicing, or compliance.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead discovery and process mapping sessions to understand current workflows and dependencies.
  • Capture and analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and validate future-state process designs and implementation roadmaps.
  • Establish performance baselines and define key metrics to monitor progress and sustain improvements.
  • Partner with automation and technology teams to align process improvements with digital solutions.
  • Create and deliver documentation, training, and communication materials to support adoption.
