About You
You're a detail-driven Compensation & Benefits Specialist with a natural ability for turning data into actionable insights. Supporting our dynamic EMEA and APAC regions — spanning 27 countries and 5,500 employees — you thrive in an operational role that blends precision, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your passion for rewards goes beyond numbers; you’re committed to building programs that elevate both the business and the employee experience.
In this exciting role, you'll:
- Drive data-informed improvements in Rewards and HR Operations through Lean methodology
- Support the rollout of our Global Job Architecture initiative across regions
- Deliver competitive compensation strategies via regular market benchmarking
- Execute key compensation cycles—from merit reviews to variable pay and budgeting
- Launch regional benefits programs that are both cost-effective and employee-centric
- Measure and optimize rewards program impact using feedback and performance metrics
- Design, develop and create reporting analytics through Data management by organizing diverse information, checking for errors/inconsistencies to ensure integrity of data between various systems and sources.
- Create standard, ad hoc queries and reports to produce data summaries, analyses and dashboards for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Strengthen governance frameworks that ensure regulatory and procedural compliance
The Person
To shine in this role, you’ll bring:
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in C&B and HR analytics within a multinational organisation.
- Able to process and analyze various data sets for consolidation and standard reporting across different geographies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (master’s or certification is a bonus)
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office; Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical capability and the curiosity to dig into data and drive improvements
- A proactive, structured working style with a clear sense of accountability
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across levels and cultures
- Fluency in English; other languages suited to our regions are welcome
