Location: Brooklyn, New York

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Your Impact as an LMHC:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling in a client-centered, culturally affirming, and trauma-informed approach
  • Complete diagnostic intakes and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Document clinical work in accordance with NY state and ethical standards
  • Attend virtual case consultations and engage in clinical learning opportunities (optional)
  • Choose your own schedule and caseload size—balance is part of our model


Requirements
  • Fully licensed LMHC in the state of New York (provisional or permit status not eligible at this time)
  • Clinically grounded in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or others)
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and managing digital documentation
  • Dedicated to delivering inclusive, anti-oppressive mental health care
  • Passionate about creating a safe space for clients of all backgrounds, especially those from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and underserved communities
