Your Impact as an LMHC:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling in a client-centered, culturally affirming, and trauma-informed approach
- Complete diagnostic intakes and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Document clinical work in accordance with NY state and ethical standards
- Attend virtual case consultations and engage in clinical learning opportunities (optional)
- Choose your own schedule and caseload size—balance is part of our model
Requirements - Fully licensed LMHC in the state of New York (provisional or permit status not eligible at this time)
- Clinically grounded in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or others)
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and managing digital documentation
- Dedicated to delivering inclusive, anti-oppressive mental health care
- Passionate about creating a safe space for clients of all backgrounds, especially those from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and underserved communities
