ABOUT OPEN SPACE CCW + A NOTE ON WHERE WE ARE NOW:
This isn't your typical job post. And we're not your typical practice right now.
Open Space CCW was founded in 2018 with a vision of creating a safe, inclusive, and progressive space where people can move from merely surviving to truly thriving--for both our providers and our clients. We created a safe space for affirming, equity-rooted mental health care that never asks anyone to shrink or mask to belong. We are advocates, and practice from an anti-oppressive framework, which means we call out bullsh!t when we see it and work to disrupt systems that are harmful.
Open Space CCW grew fast, hit a leadership crisis, dismantled, and chose to rebuild with radical intentionality. In that reset we asked, “If we could design private practice from scratch, what would actually work—for clients and providers?”
The answer: A 1099 multidisciplinary wellness hub where therapists, body-workers, dietitians, acupuncturists, prescribers, and other healers share space, systems, and a relentless commitment to anti-oppressive care. A model that mixes solo-practice freedom with the kind of infrastructure, coaching, and values alignment you can’t find anywhere else in Pittsburgh or across the state of
Pennsylvania.
Our mission stays the same:
Eliminate fear of judgment as a barrier to personal growth and wellness, and ensure a safe space for affirming, equity-rooted care that never asks anyone to shrink or mask to belong.

2. 1-3 Day Business Onboarding Intensive
This in-person (or virtual, if you prefer) 1–3 day Business Onboarding Intensive is designed to take all the scary, piecemeal parts of starting a business and make them simple, strategic, and fully customized to you. Before you ever see your first client, we’ll set up the structure, systems, and support you need to launch with confidence—not chaos.
No fluff. No overwhelm. Just clarity, systems, and real support.
3. Built-In Business Coaching & Strategy Support
You know therapy. But grad school never taught you how to run a business, manage your income, set scheduling and financial boundaries without straying from your values, or price your worth.
That’s why this level of support exists. Built-in coaching gives you regular access to strategy, structure, and sanity—without having to go searching or spiral alone.
When something doesn’t feel aligned or sustainable, we’ll brainstorm ideas, rework your schedule, talk through mindset spirals, map out offerings, walk through your numbers step-by-step—without shame or jargon.
No gatekeeping. No guesswork. Just hype-girl energy, a real-time partner, and strategy that actually moves you forward and helps you build the kind of business that works for you.
