Your mission:
- Gather market data, including market trends and development, competition moves, and customer feedback, to inform sales and develop marketing strategies, e.g. in the field of technical packaging for screws / electronic parts
- Additional screening of the market for additional potentials for Functional Barrier paper
- Close collaboration with the plant network and central group functions (business intelligence, marketing, R&D,…)
- Understanding the needs of the customers and their future development
- Development of new business as well as new solutions together with the customer base
Your profile:
- 5+ years’ experience in account management, sales (packaging industry is a value add).
- Very good command of written and spoken English; other language skills are an additional asset.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, managing active partnership relations.
- Availability to travel up to 60%
