Job Description:

   

HPE Education Services delivers technical training to HPE customers, partners, and internal teams. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Worldwide Education Services Delivery Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the WW Education Services Director. This role is key to ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience and driving internal efficiency. It oversees the smooth execution of our high-volume, global business, supporting and managing training delivery for more than 25,000 learners annually.

This position entails leading a globally dispersed and highly motivated team to deliver top-notch training services to our diverse customer base. Key responsibilities include supervising regional and solution-specific delivery managers, managing a network of education delivery partners, and fostering engagement with executive stakeholders. The primary objective is to drive customer success by delivering high-quality services that are both industry-leading and cost-efficient.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to strategic transformation and execution of our Delivery function on a global scale; implementation, global standardization, and governance of delivery processes and resources; and working closely with our Portfolio team to ensure delivery readiness.  This role includes but is not limited to the following key activities:

  • Integrate, lead, manage, design and continuously develop a best in class Global Delivery organization aligned with HPE Educations’ strategic shift and transformation plans.
  • Act as single point of accountability for the delivery of high quality, efficiently centralized & resourced, instructor-led training experiences globally
  • Ensure quality of training service delivery and supporting delivery processes
  • Ensure a globally consistent customer training experience
  • Ensure availability of effective and high-quality instructor resources & partnerships
  • Lead the selection and operational management of external delivery vendors
  • Lead centralized delivery operations & resource management teams globally
  • Ensure close collaboration with Portfolio to continuously improve training content, delivery methods and readiness through customer / instructor feedback
  • Manage delivery costs within defined budget constraints
  • Drive customer consumption of Learning Credits through efficient and close collaboration with the Geos
  • Manage training registration and delivery process design
  • Collaborate closely with different internal and external stakeholders (Portfolio, Geo, IDC)

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ senior experience within a delivery organization in services industry.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and instilling values within an organization.
  • History of developing and implementing new ideas and approaches in delivery to ensure cost effectiveness and quality.
  • Analytical ability to measure effectiveness by defining operational measures for the organization, creating systems for tracking measures and communicating effectively to executive team.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects as well as matrix organizations.
  • Established leadership experience and ability to lead others to consensus.
  • Strong ability to understand and translate delivery goals into actionable and measurable initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to present complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
