About the roleΒ As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll play a vital role in driving efficiency, communication, and organization at the highest level of the organization through AI tools and modern technology. You'll manage complex scheduling, high-profile stakeholder coordination, and event logistics while leveraging the latest productivity tools to ensure the CEO's time and energy are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

Working directly with Paige, you'll be positioned at the center of All Raise's strategic operations with significant autonomy, budget for implementing cutting-edge tools and systems, and opportunities for substantial professional growth as the organization continues to scale its impact.

This role requires comfort with AI and a commitment to using technology effectively, combined with outstanding interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to human-centered experiences. You'll be expected to implement AI-powered workflows, streamline processes, and serve as a tech-savvy force multiplier for executive operationsβ€”all while maintaining the personal touch that makes stakeholders feel valued and heard.

Success metrics within 30 Days

    • Fully take over calendar management, scheduling, travel, and logistical coordination for the CEO
    • Begin building authentic relationships with all internal team members, key volunteers, board members, and senior partners, establishing yourself as a trusted connector and communication hub
    • Audit existing systems (Salesforce, Google Suite, Monday.com) and implement AI tools (Superhuman, Claude, automation platforms) to optimize scheduling and communication workflows
    • Review and update the CEO's standing commitments, creating automated tracking systems that anticipate conflicts and optimize for strategic impact

Success metrics within 60 Days

    • Implement AI-driven automation and workflow improvements that create significant efficiency gains while enhancing stakeholder experience quality
    • Establish a streamlined, technology-enhanced system for meeting prep and follow-up that ensures every interaction feels personalized and well-coordinated
    • Build a smart calendar and communication system using AI tools to track key relationships, predict optimal timing, and surface strategic opportunities
    • Create comprehensive digital briefing systems that leverage AI for research while maintaining the personal insights that make each engagement meaningful

Success metrics within 90 Days

    • Own end-to-end logistics for high-profile convenings (Board Meetings, donor events, community events, speaking engagements, etc.) to deliver flawless, relationship-building experiences
    • Serve as the organizational hub for CEO communications, using technology to scale personal connection and ensure every stakeholder feels prioritized and heard
    • Maintain a proactive view of commitments that anticipates needs, identifies relationship-building opportunities, and creates seamless experiences for all stakeholders

What You'll Do:

    • Own all aspects of the CEO's scheduling and coordination using AI tools, automation, and smart workflows to create efficient systems that enhance personal connection
    • Orchestrate the CEO's participation in industry events while ensuring every interaction reflects our human-first values and strengthens key relationships
    • Maintain flawless contact management and deliverable tracking while adding the personal touch that makes stakeholders feel valued
    • Design and implement preparation systems for meetings with investors, board members, and media that combine research efficiency with relationship intelligence
    • Manage communications while ensuring every message reflects appropriate tone, discretion, and personal consideration
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration by creating transparent, tech-enhanced tracking systems that keep the team aligned while maintaining human accountability and connection

What You Bring:

    • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, with demonstrated comfort using AI tools, automation platforms, and modern productivity technology
    • Strong tech skills including effective use of AI assistants, automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.), and ability to quickly learn new productivity technologies
    • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with investors, founders, operators, and LPs, using technology to enhance rather than replace human connection
    • Experience with Google Suite, CRM systems, and AI-powered communication tools, plus comfort learning new systems and troubleshooting tech issues
    • Proven ability to implement new systems that increase team efficiency while improving stakeholder experience quality
    • Strong project management skills combined with emotional intelligence and customer service excellence
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining personal voice and tone
    • High emotional intelligence and warmth, with the tech comfort to create seamless digital experiences that feel deeply personal

$115 - $140 a year
Bonus: $10K annually based on performance and impact
