About the roleΒ As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll play a vital role in driving efficiency, communication, and organization at the highest level of the organization through AI tools and modern technology. You'll manage complex scheduling, high-profile stakeholder coordination, and event logistics while leveraging the latest productivity tools to ensure the CEO's time and energy are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
Working directly with Paige, you'll be positioned at the center of All Raise's strategic operations with significant autonomy, budget for implementing cutting-edge tools and systems, and opportunities for substantial professional growth as the organization continues to scale its impact.
This role requires comfort with AI and a commitment to using technology effectively, combined with outstanding interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to human-centered experiences. You'll be expected to implement AI-powered workflows, streamline processes, and serve as a tech-savvy force multiplier for executive operationsβall while maintaining the personal touch that makes stakeholders feel valued and heard.
