The Services Operations Systems & Tools Team is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst  to support the systematic requirements and tools for our Services organization. This role will collaborate closely with Services personnel, Salesforce operational teams, Digital Technology, and various cross-functional partners across the company.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering, configuring, and customizing Salesforce. They should be adept at supporting both out-of-the-box and custom-built tools and confident in managing large-scale, technical, and complex projects.

This is a highly collaborative and strategic role, ideal for candidates with a strong systems mindset, a passion for driving operational efficiency, and a track record of delivering results through cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain a suite of existing applications and tools related to project and resource management.

  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate detailed functional and non-functional requirements for projects and solutions.

  • Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.

  • Develop requirement documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and use cases to guide development and testing teams.

  • Coordinate and support UAT processes, including planning, execution, issue tracking, and validation of business requirements.

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Analyze and interpret cross-table data.

  • Support the evaluation of new tools and technologies, providing informed recommendations to management.

  • Contribute to the development of custom tools and applications to enhance team efficiency.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Strategy and Operations team as needed.

  • Approach all tasks with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.


Required Experience / Expertise / Skills

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Salesforce Expertise: Prior experience with Salesforce products is required. Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin certification a plus. Familiarity with the Salesforce product suite, AI, cloud computing concepts, and CRM/data management is highly beneficial. 

  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Background in administration or business analysis with strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities. Knowledge of general and Salesforce-specific AI is a plus.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented, highly collaborative, and customer-focused, especially in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Work Ethic & Adaptability: Self-starter with a high level of motivation, flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude. Able to work independently or as part of a team, multitask effectively, and manage competing priorities under pressure.

  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver results with strong time management skills and a desire to quickly learn new technologies, business models, and processes.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $152,900.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $127,400.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $140,200.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $152,900.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $127,400.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $140,200.

For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $127,400.

For New Jersey based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $152,900.

For Vermont based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $127,400.

For Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $92,600 to $140,200.
