Summary
To enable Curana Health’s expansion and performance, the Population Health team is seeking a high-performing leader to build and lead a healthcare economics function to create better insights to guide our clinical care delivery model and help us provide better outcomes for our patients. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining population health reporting on key value drivers including utilization, quality metrics and risk adjustment. Additionally, this role will support measurement and evaluation of clinical model pilots and will provide key input and leadership on the necessary data infrastructure to support these efforts.
