We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with robust experience in real estate, site acquisition and development, and land use planning. You will manage various projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, budget adherence, and timely reporting.


 


As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and status reporting. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive project cost estimates, which cover labor, travel and equipment.


 


You will provide technical guidance to the site acquisition team, with a focus on real estate, site acquisition, land use planning and leading construction management teams. Maintaining clear communication and reporting to clients will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will perform specialist duties related to site acquisition and may be required to travel domestically to client sites as needed. 




This position will be remote but will require being based within the Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington regions and able to travel to site locations. 


 


What We are Looking For:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Five years real estate acquisition, land use planning and/or construction management experience in the telecommunications industry

  • Three years project management experience  

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer service skills and/or strong interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge and experience of real estate principals, rules and regulations and contracts pertaining to the acquisition of right-of-ways, licenses, permits and other land rights preferred

  • Computer literate; Intermediate level knowledge with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to operate hand tools, i.e. Global Positioning System (GPS), etc.

  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 10%

  • Ability to work independently, in a team environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s insurance carrier’s criteria for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
