Job title: Production Operative

Hours: 37 hours per week full time, with half day on Friday (we are happy to discuss part time working hours)

Location: The Poppy Factory, Richmond, Surrey

 

For over 100 years, the Poppy Factory has been empowering veterans with health conditions, helping them to recognise their unique skills and giving them the confidence to move forward in their lives through meaningful employment.

Based at our historic factory in Richmond, you will be part of our production team responsible for assembling the wreaths and symbols for The Royal British Legion poppy appeal, honouring the service and sacrifice of our Armed Forces.

What we need from you:

  • Good team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • The ability to work methodically, with a keen eye for detail and manual dexterity
  • Commitment to produce a high-quality product
