Job Description



  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing communications and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Issue Resolution: Deal with minor customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions and raising major issues to key members of the team.

  • Customer Communication: Regularly update clients on the status of their shipments, ensuring transparency and timely information flow through email, phone, and online meetings.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential problems in the supply chain, offering solutions that align with client expectations and company policies.




Qualifications



  • Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally

  • Familiar with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.)

  • Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks

  • Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems

  • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya

  • Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program

  • Licensed customs broker

  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)

  • Client management experience is a plus

    • Uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement for this remote work position.
