テクニカルリクルーターは、クライアントと候補者の間に重要なリンクを提供します。その役割は厳しく、多岐にわたります。リクルーターとして、週、月、四半期の目標を達成する必要があります。

業務内容詳細

• クライアント企業のITポジションに就く候補者の発掘、特定、面接、資格認定を行います。
  候補者を採用するためのサーチ戦略の立案、推進、実行を担当し、市場をリードするプロフェッショナルの人材プールを構築/育成します
• 候補者との幅広いコンタクト（電話、Eメール、対面でのコンタクト）
• ネットワーク、ジョブボード、紹介、広告、ヘッドハンティングなどを駆使して、優れた候補者を見つける
• 候補者とプロフェッショナルな関係を築き、維持する
• 一刻を争う環境でITプロフェッショナルを採用し、複数のクライアント企業でハイエンドの技術職に就かせる。

必要条件

• 学士号またはそれに準ずるもの
• 目標達成を目指す環境での実務経験がある方
• リクルートまたはセールスの経験があることが望ましい
• テクノロジーやイノベーションに興味がある方
• 優れた文書・口頭でのコミュニケーション能力、組織力 (日本語または英語)
• 積極的でチームプレーができ、自発的で学習意欲のある方

あれば尚可

• ITソフトウェア関連の日本での営業経験
• 日本語と英語のネイティブレベルまたは上級レベルの能力
• 強力な営業経歴を有すること

The Role

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people find careers and would like to learn and grow within our team. With training and support, you learn to build your own book of business, using the modern recruiting technology to bring in new clients and talent.

Recruitment consultants provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse. As a recruiter, you will have to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

What you’ll be doing

• You will source, identify, interview and qualify candidates for IT positions with our clients.
• You will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing search strategies to recruit candidates and building/nurturing a talent pool of market-leading professionals.
• Extensive Candidate contact (via telephone, email, face-to-face).
• Utilizing your network, job boards, referrals, advertising, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with candidates.
• Recruiting IT professionals in a time-sensitive environment and placing them in high-end technical positions across multiple client companies.

Requirements & Skills 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Previous work experience in target driven environments
• Previous recruitment or sales experience
• Genuine interest in technology and innovation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & organizational skills (English or Japanese)
• Proactive, team-player, self-motivated, and willing to learn

 
Ideal candidates would have

• IT software related sales experience in Japan
• Native level or full advanced level proficiency in both Japanese and English 
• Proven strong sales background
