Build your clinical experience in CBT with Collaborative CBT
Collaborative CBT is a group private practice offering evidence based treatment to teens, young adults, adults, couples, and groups.
We're currently hiring for a fee for service role at CCBT. Preference given for full time positions (26+ clinical hours per week) but we require a commitment of 20 clients/week by the 6 month mark.
Collaborative CBT specializes in anxiety, depression, OCD, LGBTQ+ issues, social anxiety, relationship issues, procrastination, ADHD and perfectionism.
This is a remote role by choice. There are offices available for use for in person sessions at the discretion of the clinician. Clinicians must be licensed and live in the state of NY for this role.

DUTIES
- 10-15 minute phone consultations when requested

Full time position: Provides psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of 26 clients, including individuals, couples, and families (groups count as 2 clinical hours). If Senior Staff, must supervise at least one LMSW
- 1-2 evenings/week and weekend day required

Part time position: Provides psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of 20, including individuals, couples, and families (groups count as 2 clinical hours). If Senior Staff, must supervise at least one LMSW.
- 1-2 evening/week and weekend day
- Maintains case notes, logs and all required documentation within 24 hours of sessions held
- Participates in weekly group clinical supervision and weekly group consultation
- Case management services including care coordination, including collaborating with referral sources and connecting clients to care
REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET ALL LISTED):
- Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC and be licensed in New York
- Commit to a minimum of 3 years with Collaborative CBT
- Education, training, and demonstrated success in providing CBT
- Comfort networking and marketing
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Be available to see clients on at least 1 weekend day, early mornings and evenings
- At least 2 years of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy
- At least 2 years of experience in providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Must demonstrate basic understanding of CBT and how to implement it in session
- Organized and able to submit progress notes and respond to emails in a timely manner, and in accordance of Collaborative CBT policies
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Competitive hourly rate based on years of practice, licensure and status (range $35-$38)
Sick pay (accrued based on hours worked)
Paid time off for both full time and part time employees working 15+/week
