THE WORK
Ensure the quality and functionality of software products by bridging the gap between development and testing.
Leverage your programming skills to create automated test frameworks and write test cases that streamline the release process.
Empower development teams to integrate testing tools across the SDLC while advocating for quality at every stage.
Focus on reducing friction and bloat in the automated testing process, decreasing mean time to production deployments.
Implement best practices for user acceptance testing and production validation to ensure robust software delivery.
Measure success by quality metrics and the ability to ship high-quality software at pace in an agile environment.
Maintain a deep understanding of system architecture, product functionality, and business logic to ensure the quality of every software release.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
3-5+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and quality engineering.
Strong programming skills, with hands-on experience in Playwright, TypeScript, and Cypress preferred.
Deep understanding of testing methodologies, frameworks, and automation best practices.
Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and experience with both functional and non-functional testing.
Experience optimizing automated test suites to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
Ability to identify risks, errors, and inefficiencies in software applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to drive quality across teams.
Passion for software testing, automation, and continuous improvement in engineering processes.
