Whether it’s writing custom emails and cold calling or building strategic account plans, Turquoise Health Growth BDR will scale the GTM process and strategy through outbound pipeline gen. For this remote position, we are looking for a BDR with an entrepreneurial and curious mind. You’ll have a natural way of consistently showcasing grit and consistency and thinking big but starting small. You have the keen ability to create strategic processes that scale with repeatable outcomes. Responsibilities


As a BDR, you'll…



Most of the time:



  • Develop strategic relationships with c-suite and senior executives at the largest healthcare systems

  • Collaborate with account executives on market opportunity 

  • Work closely with account executives to develop and execute outbound campaigns via custom emails, cold calls, social selling

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services


Some of the time:



  • Join prospect calls and professionally transition conversation to account executives 

  • Lead internal meetings and training sessions 

  • Document processes and make recommendations for improvements 

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Team and Revenue Operations to build GTM outbound campaigns


Every now and then:



  • Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and generate leads


Requirements


What you bring to the BDR role:



  • 1+ years of Mid Market or Enterprise level BDR/SDR experience with a mix of health tech startups and/or SaaS startups 

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a clear repeatable process

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A strategic mind with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 

  • Experience in selling software or technology solutions

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Groove, Revenue.io

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

  • Self starter and innate entrepreneurial ability


Salary


The salary range for this full-time position is $63,000-$70,000 base, 70/30 split, OTE $90,000-$100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and reflect the minimum and maximum salary across all US locations (please note: salaries are location agnostic). Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization. Please note that the salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

Job Location


Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.
